Welcome to the SAM 8 Model Airplane Club
SAM 8 meets for lunch and fellowship on the second Thursday of every month at 11:30 AM at the Rainbow Café in Auburn.
SAM 8 is dedicated to flying Antique, Old Timer, and Nostalgia Free Flight models, as well as Flying Aces Club models. SAM 8 is an AMA chartered club, Number 1284. Flying is what we are all about. We participate in contests held in Central Oregon four times a year and in indoor activities throughout the rainy months. We also hold fun-flys during the dry months for small, quiet airplanes at Meadowbrook Park outside North Bend.
